第二章 · 学走路和交朋友

Chapter 2 · Learning to Walk and Making Friends

清晨的阳光洒在森林里，小鹿在妈妈的身边学走路。

In the morning sunlight, the little fawn practiced walking beside his mother.

他小心翼翼地迈出一步，又一步。

He carefully took one step, then another.

斑比摔倒了，桑普说：“他还没走利索呢。”

Bambi fell down, and Thumper said, “He hasn’t learned to walk well yet.”

兔妈妈打断说：“早上爸爸怎么跟你说的？”

Thumper’s mother interrupted, “What did your father tell you this morning?”

桑普乖乖地回答：“如果你不可以说一些好听的，那就什么都不要说。”

Thumper answered obediently, “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say nothing at all.”

鹿妈妈温柔地鼓励斑比：“快点，快点，站起来。”

Bambi’s mother gently encouraged him, “Come on, get up quickly.”

小兔子们喊着：“快点斑比，再试一次，试着站起来！”

The little rabbits cheered, “Come on, Bambi, try again, try to stand up!”

斑比慢慢站了起来，走着走着，渐渐跟着小兔子们跑了起来。

Bambi slowly stood up, started walking, and soon ran along with the rabbits.

桑普得意地说：“我蹦蹦跳跳的，所以他们叫我桑普。”

Thumper proudly said, “I’m always thumping, that’s why they call me Thumper.”

他们开开心心地来到一个树桩，小兔子们都跳过去了。

Happily, they came to a log, and all the little rabbits hopped over it.

斑比犹豫了，小兔子们嚷嚷着：“跳过去，跳过去，就像这样！”

Bambi hesitated, and the rabbits shouted, “Jump over, jump over, just like this!”

斑比倒退了几步，冲了过去，但没有跳过去。

Bambi took a few steps back, rushed forward, but didn’t make it over.

桑普说：“你跳得不够高。”

Thumper said, “You didn’t jump high enough.”

又试了一次，斑比用力抬起另一条腿，终于跳了过去。

He tried again, lifted his other leg higher, and finally made it over.

小鸟在树枝上唱着歌。

A little bird sang on a branch.

桑普给斑比介绍说：“这是小鸟。”

Thumper introduced, “This is a bird.”

斑比试着说话，他张开嘴，努力学着发音。

Bambi tried to speak, opening his mouth and working hard to make a sound.

他慢慢说出了：“小鸟……”

He slowly said, “Bird…”

小兔子们高兴地拍手：“斑比会说话了！他会说‘小鸟’了！”

The little rabbits clapped happily, “Bambi can talk! He can say ‘bird’!”

森林里回荡着孩子们的笑声，斑比第一次感受到友情的温暖。

The forest echoed with the children’s laughter, and Bambi felt the warmth of friendship for the first time.

这时飞来一只蝴蝶。

Just then, a butterfly flew by.

桑普告诉斑比：“这是蝴蝶。”

Thumper told Bambi, “That’s a butterfly.”

蝴蝶飞到了花丛里。

The butterfly flew into a patch of flowers.

桑普说：“这是花朵。”

Thumper said, “These are flowers.”

小鹿用力闻了闻花的香味。

The little fawn sniffed the sweet smell of the flowers.

忽然，花丛里出现了一只小臭鼬。

Suddenly, a little skunk appeared among the flowers.

小鹿惊讶地问：“你是花吗？”

The fawn asked in surprise, “Are you a flower?”

小臭鼬笑着说：“如果你喜欢这么叫的话，就叫我花吧。”

The skunk smiled and said, “If you like, you can call me Flower.”

桑普哈哈大笑：“花儿真是个好名字！”

Thumper laughed, “Flower is a perfect name!”

从此，他们成了好朋友。

From then on, they became good friends.
