The Journey to Find ElsaElsa fled into the North Mountain, and Arendelle fell into snow and ice. Rivers froze, and icicles hung from the rooftops. People panicked. Anna knew she had to find her sister to save the kingdom. She put on her cloak and rode out alone. The wind and snow grew stronger. She lost her way in the forest. Her horse ran away, and Anna fell into the snow. She saw smoke in the distance. It was a small cabin in the mountains. Inside was a man cutting blocks of ice. His name was Kristoff. Beside him was a friendly reindeer. That was Sven. Anna went inside and said, “I need to go to the North Mountain to find my sister.” Kristoff looked at her in surprise. “The North Mountain? It’s dangerous and cold up there.” “I have to go,” said Anna firmly. Kristoff sighed. “All right, I’ll take you.” They got on the sled, and Sven pulled them through the snow. Under the night sky, snowflakes danced in the wind. “Your sister can really freeze everything?” asked Kristoff. Anna nodded. “She’s just scared.” Suddenly, a pack of wolves appeared in the snow. They chased the sled. Kristoff whipped the reins to go faster. Anna grabbed a torch and scared off a few wolves. The sled rushed across a bridge. The bridge broke! They jumped and fell into the deep snow. The sled was destroyed, but they were safe. “Great trip,” Kristoff said with a laugh. Anna laughed too. They kept walking toward the North Mountain. Along the way, they saw a funny little snowman. He waved and said, “Hi! I’m Olaf!” Anna gasped, “You can talk!” Olaf smiled, “Elsa made me.” “Do you know where she is?” “Of course! Follow me!” So the three of them, and one reindeer, set out to find Elsa together. |
