第二章：学会生存

Chapter Two: Learning to Survive

太阳升起，丛林苏醒，小泰山也慢慢长大了。
The sun rose, the jungle woke up, and little Tarzan was growing fast.

他学着大猩猩们的样子，在树枝间跳来跳去。
He copied the gorillas, jumping from branch to branch.

卡拉总是在一旁微笑，看着他摔倒又爬起。
Kala always smiled as she watched him fall and get back up.

科查克依然不信任这个人类孩子。
Kerchak still didn’t trust the human child.

“他不是我们的一员。”科查克说。
“He is not one of us,” said Kerchak.

泰山感到难过，他想证明自己属于这里。
Tarzan felt sad; he wanted to prove he belonged.

一天，小猩猩图克带他去玩泥巴。
One day, the young gorilla Terk took him to play in the mud.

他们不小心惹到了大象唐多。
They accidentally bothered the elephant, Tantor.

唐多大声尖叫，惊动了整个丛林。
Tantor screamed loudly, startling the whole jungle.

科查克冲来，责怪泰山：“都是你惹的祸！”
Kerchak rushed over and scolded Tarzan. “This is your fault!”

泰山伤心地跑进雨林深处。
Tarzan ran away into the deep jungle in tears.

他看着自己的手，发现和猩猩的手不一样。
He looked at his hands and saw they were not like a gorilla’s.

他对卡拉说：“为什么我和他们不一样？”
He asked Kala, “Why am I different from them?”

卡拉温柔地把手放在他的心口。
Kala gently placed her hand on his chest.

“你看，我们的心是一样的。”她说。
“You see? Our hearts are the same,” she said.

这句话让泰山重新振作。
Her words gave Tarzan new courage.

他开始努力学习如何像猩猩一样强壮。
He began to train hard to be as strong as a gorilla.

他学会攀爬最高的树，躲避豹子的攻击。
He learned to climb the tallest trees and dodge leopards.

一天天过去，他的动作越来越快。
Day by day, his moves became faster and smoother.

丛林中的泰山，终于成了一名真正的森林勇士。
Tarzan had finally become a true warrior of the jungle.
