Chapter Three: Taken by Humans

After Nemo was taken by the human, the ocean suddenly fell silent.

Marlin froze in shock, unable to speak.

The diver’s boat slowly disappeared, leaving only rippling water.

Then Marlin reacted and swam after it in panic.

He shouted loudly, “Nemo! Nemo!”

But his voice was quickly swallowed by the waves.

Exhausted, Marlin stopped, his heart filled with fear.

“I promised I would protect you…” he whispered sadly.

Just then, a blue fish swam up to him.

She smiled and said, “Hi! Are you looking for someone?”

Her name was Dory, and she looked very friendly.

Marlin cried, “My son was taken by a human!”

Dory nodded seriously. “Then let’s go find him together.”

Marlin hesitated, but he had no other choice.

Dory couldn’t remember much, but she remembered one important thing.

She remembered strange letters written on the diver’s mask.

“P… Sherman… forty-two…” she read slowly.

Marlin didn’t know what it meant, but he held onto the hope.

He looked out at the wide ocean and made a firm decision.

For Nemo, he was willing to swim across the whole ocean.
