Chapter Four: A Forgetful Friend Dory swam in circles around Marlin, full of excitement. Marlin wasn’t quite sure how to handle her friendliness. Dory explained that she had trouble remembering things, but she wanted to help. Marlin hesitated, then decided to go with her. They swam in the direction the diver’s boat had gone. Along the way, Dory talked nonstop. She sang and told jokes, making the tense journey a bit lighter. Marlin stayed anxious, worried about the dangers ahead. They ran into a group of sharks holding a “fish are friends, not food” meeting. The shark leader, Bruce, looked huge and frightening. Dory greeted him cheerfully, without any fear. Marlin carefully tried to slip away. But Dory accidentally got a nosebleed. The smell of blood made Bruce lose control. The sharks immediately chased after them. Marlin and Dory fled desperately and hid inside a sunken ship. Inside the ship, it was dark and full of traps. Dory swam around excitedly, as if on an adventure. Marlin realized that although Dory was forgetful, she was very brave. The two fish continued their journey together, their friendship growing in the vast ocean.
