Chapter Three: Under Tyranny

玛伦被英军带走，威廉的世界瞬间崩塌。

Murron was taken away by English soldiers, and William’s world collapsed.

村庄里弥漫着恐惧与沉默。

Fear and silence filled the village.

英军公开羞辱玛伦，试图立威。

The soldiers publicly humiliated Murron to show their power.

威廉冲上前去，却被重重拦住。

William rushed forward but was held back.

他只能眼睁睁看着不公发生。

He could only watch injustice unfold.

最终，英军残忍地处死了玛伦。

In the end, the soldiers cruelly executed Murron.

威廉跪倒在地，痛苦与愤怒交织。

William fell to his knees, pain and rage mixing inside him.

那一刻，他失去了最后的克制。

In that moment, he lost his final restraint.

他拿起武器，独自冲向英军。

He took up a weapon and charged at the soldiers alone.

怒火让他无所畏惧。

Rage made him fearless.

村民们震惊地看着这一切。

The villagers watched in shock.

威廉为玛伦复仇，击退了英军。

William avenged Murron and drove the soldiers away.

这是第一次，有人公开反抗统治。

It was the first open act of resistance.

消息很快传遍了周围的村庄。

The news quickly spread to nearby villages.

人们开始低声谈论威廉的名字。

People began to whisper William’s name.

有人称他为疯子。

Some called him a madman.

也有人称他为勇士。

Others called him a warrior.

威廉并没有想成为领袖。

William did not seek to be a leader.

但暴政，已经把他推到了最前面。

But tyranny had pushed him to the front.

And so, the fire of rebellion was lit.
