Rapunzel stood at the tower door, trembling.

She had never left before.

Flynn urged her to hurry.

Rapunzel took a deep breath and stepped out.

Her feet touched the grass.

She stared at the world in wonder.

Sunlight trees and wind felt new.

She felt happy and afraid.

She suddenly hugged herself on the ground.

She thought she had done wrong.

But then she jumped with joy.

She was finally free.

Flynn watched her amused.

They walked into the forest.

Rapunzel looked at everything with curiosity.

She was like a child seeing the world.

She kept asking Flynn questions.

Flynn slowly relaxed.

A new journey began.

Rapunzel was closer to the lanterns.
